FAQ
What is included in our digital cross stitch pattern?
- The primary format of our patterns is PDF. The patterns are adapted for color printing in the most used A4 size. If the pattern cannot fit on a single page, we also provide a one-page PDF. This is for the convenience of those who prefer to stitch from a screen using various PDF editors or Pattern Keeper app. For patterns with a significant amount of backstitching, we include additional pages without backstitch lines. This makes the stitching process more convenient, ensuring that the backstitch lines do not overlap with cross-stitch and half-stitch symbols.

- Each pattern comes with a PDF version featuring color symbols and another PDF with color blocks and black symbols inside them.

- Each pattern comes with a symbolic key indicating DMC threads. The key also includes important information on performing the main types of stitches and links to useful masterclasses. Currently, the keys are available in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
- Additionally, formats for the Cross Stitch Saga and Cross Stitch Paradise applications are provided. If you do not use these applications, simply disregard these files.

Can our patterns be embroidered after being printed on a black-and-white printer?
Can our patterns be embroidered after being printed on a black-and-white printer?
Each color is assigned its unique symbol. You can use the PDF with colored symbols for black-and-white printing. However, this is only possible for patterns that use only cross-stitch or half-stitch. For beads, French knots, and backstitch, we only use color representation; otherwise, they get lost in the pattern grid.
